To perform gongyo daily is both an honor and a pleasure . The benefits that we derive from this practice are far too numerous and far reaching to list here.Starting the day off with gongyo and ending the day with gongyo puts us in touch with our buddha nature which is the essence of the universe we live and breath in , and allows us to move out of our own little world governed by the ever needy ego.
The greatest obstacle to discovery is not ignorance; it is the illusion of knowledge.
